If you aren’t quite ready to list your home, we can schedule a pre-listing appointment. Many clients value this initial step, which gives them an inside look at the current housing market. We will also take a tour of your home and give you tips and ideas on improvements and home staging.
There are a lot of variables that go into the sale of a home, as each situation is unique. We help to breakdown the different options available to you in order to determine the best solution for the sale of your home.
At the Pre-Listing appointment we will review and discuss a preliminary market analysis of your property, along with a breakdown of the costs and fees associated with selling. After your initial appointment we will follow-up with you within 24 hours to provide you with a more comprehensive market analysis.
Other items we will discuss include: timeframe of your sale, what is next for your living arrangements, the best time for you to list your home, and our scope of marketing strategies.
Plan for approximately 1.5 hours for your actual listing appointment. We will go over (in detail) and have you sign the listing contract and other disclosure forms required for the listing of your home. Professional photos of the interior and exterior of your home will be completed, along with the installation of the lockbox and ‘for sale’ sign.
This is our chance to discuss further details and the process of selling your home. From confirming showings to navigating an offer, we will discuss the details, and also answer additional questions you may have.
This is typically an exciting appointment and our goal is to channel that excitement into a quick sale for you!
You can expect your property to be actively on the the MLS within 24-48 hours of this appointment. Time frames may vary depending on your unique situation.
